TuneIn Wellbeing offers a safe and confidential space to support you through whatever challenges you may be facing. Our service was established by Ciara Moran MIACP in 2016 and is based in D07. Offering online and In-person counselling and psychotherapy services for adults and adolescents.
We work with clients struggling with Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Relationship problems, Low self-esteem, Self-harm, Suicidal thoughts, BPD and more.

You may also choose to attend without having a specific problem, but because you wish to pursue your own personal development to work towards building a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Ciara's Story

Ciara Moran is an accredited psychotherapist working in both Private Practice and in an Educational setting. She has experience working in crisis Mental Health Services. Ciara is a DBT skills group facilitator and training consultant. She also works in a secondary school setting supporting the students’ mental health and wellbeing.
Ciara has much experience working with adolescents and adults specifically in the areas of self-harm and suicide intervention. Currently, her work is mainly focused on supporting clients who struggle with emotional dysregulation.
Ciara holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Middlesex University and a PG cert in Mediation and Conflict resolution. She has also trained in CBT, DBT and Mindfulness.
She draws upon a broad range of therapeutic training in her work, enabling her to develop an integrative style that allows her to help a wide range of clients.
