Walk and Talk Therapy Service
Walk and Talk therapy allows you to connect with yourself through a combination of therapy and walking in nature, which can be particularly helpful if you find yourself drawn to the outdoors. Walk and Talk therapy is the same as In-Person psychotherapy, with the added benefit of the sessions being held outdoors.
Walk and Talk Sessions
The Walk and Talk therapy sessions are available to individuals that wish to meet either in the Phoenix Park in Dublin or a location close to it.
session takes place exactly as they would indoors, clear boundaries are established and we talk just as we would normally, except we’re walking side by side. Walk and Talk Therapy gives the dual benefit of spending time in nature and therapy session.
